About the Floating Pheasant Tail Trout Fly
The floating pheasant tail is fished with a greased leader in the surface film when fish can be seen "bulging" but not breaking the surface.
Expert Tip:
My flies are tied for the single, purely practical purpose, of catching fish. I fish primarily for trout, preferring to cast to rising fish or fish feeding near the surface.
