  • Thread : White or grey.
  • Tail : Ginger cock or fine bucktail.
  • Body : Natural deer hair.
  • Wing : Badger hackle tips.
  • Hackle : Ginger cock.

The deer hair to form the body is spun and clipped to shape, thicker at the thorax and tapering to the butt.
