About the Mandy's Daddy Longlegs Trout Fly

Mandy's Daddy Longlegs is a tried and tested successful variant of Geoffrey Bucknall's Daddy Longlegs.
It is a tasty looking mouthful that is a handy pattern to have when trying to tempt big trout.

This trout fly is designed to be fished on Dams & Reservoirs, Rivers & Streams, Still Water
Pattern Dressings
- Hook : 10-12.
- Thread : Brown.
- Body : Special detached rubber mayfly body tied halfway up the shank.
- Wings : Ginger or red game cock hackle tips.
- Legs : Six strands of black nylon mono, each one heat kinked twice.
- Hackle : Ginger or red game cock hackle.
